Refund Policy
- Article Processing Charges (APCs):
- Once an article has been submitted and the processing has commenced, APCs are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases where an article is withdrawn before the commencement of peer review, a partial refund may be considered upon request. However, any administrative fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will not be issued for articles that have undergone peer review or have been accepted for publication.
- Membership Fees:
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise during the membership registration process.
- In case of accidental overpayment or billing errors, a refund may be issued upon verification of the transaction details.
- Subscription Fees:
- Subscription fees for accessing the journal's content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.
- Processing Errors:
- In the event of processing errors resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect billing, refunds will be issued promptly upon notification and verification.
- It is the responsibility of the user to report any billing discrepancies or errors to the journal's administrative office for resolution.
- Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal's editorial or administrative office, accompanied by appropriate documentation and justification.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the journal's management.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
