Refund Policy

Article Processing Charges (APCs):

Once an article has been submitted and the processing has commenced, APCs are generally non-refundable.
In exceptional cases where an article is withdrawn before the commencement of peer review, a partial refund may be considered upon request. However, any administrative fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will not be issued for articles that have undergone peer review or have been accepted for publication.

Membership Fees:

Membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise during the membership registration process.
In case of accidental overpayment or billing errors, a refund may be issued upon verification of the transaction details.
Subscription Fees:
Subscription fees for accessing the journal's content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.

Processing Errors:

In the event of processing errors resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect billing, refunds will be issued promptly upon notification and verification.
It is the responsibility of the user to report any billing discrepancies or errors to the journal's administrative office for resolution.

Refund Requests:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal's editorial or administrative office, accompanied by appropriate documentation and justification.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the journal's management.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
