Refund Policy

  1. Article Processing Charges (APCs):
  • Once an article has been submitted and the processing has commenced, APCs are generally non-refundable.
  • In exceptional cases where an article is withdrawn before the commencement of peer review, a partial refund may be considered upon request. However, any administrative fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will not be issued for articles that have undergone peer review or have been accepted for publication.
  1. Membership Fees:
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise during the membership registration process.
  • In case of accidental overpayment or billing errors, a refund may be issued upon verification of the transaction details.
  • Subscription Fees:
  • Subscription fees for accessing the journal's content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.
  1. Processing Errors:
  • In the event of processing errors resulting in duplicate charges or incorrect billing, refunds will be issued promptly upon notification and verification.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to report any billing discrepancies or errors to the journal's administrative office for resolution.
  1. Refund Requests:
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the journal's editorial or administrative office, accompanied by appropriate documentation and justification.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the journal's management.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
